Starter home inspired by 1920's American housing.

The house has one bedroom and one bathroom. The rest of the house consist of an open-plan living room/kitchen.

The tiny exterior left a lot of money for the interior. The house has a basic kitchen and bathroom, a TV, bookshelf, computer and a chess board. The yard has some landscaping, including trees, bushes and a pond.



I experimented a bit with the exterior, and couldn't decide on which house to upload, so I ended up uploading two versions. This way you can decide for yourselves.

The house is made on a 20x30 lot and costs 11,108 unfurnished/16,473 fully furnished.
