This mod was realized in collaboration with ATS3's Sandy.

Where: same categories of the original sauna (for example: ByFunction/Plumbing/Misc).
Both items have 4 recolorable channels.
Tub : Price: 750. HighDef mesh : 1047 vertices, 972 polygons. LowDef mesh : 454 vertices, 370 polygons.
Sauna : Price: 1750. HighDef mesh : 3465 vertices, 2362 polygons. LowDef mesh : 422 vertices, 212 polygons.

Mod Description
Bathtub and sauna as standalone items.

Trying to remove unused slots we had a few issues with animations,
so - at least for now - we kept the same slots of the original object.
This is not ideal but doesn't seem to cause any issue.
Playing with the slots/bones, a remesh could place the brazier
(or whatever is called) in another position for example.

Note about the sauna: we made the footprint as small as possible
(4x2 tiles) so you have more freedom to place it, but know that the
steam will be visible from the other side of a wall if it's too near.

Tuning
The bathing and makeSteam interactions use their own interaction tunings (ITUN resources) - forgive me icarus_allsorts!
Each object has its own xml tuning where you can choose a few options, mostly about making the
bathing and steaming free of charge or having to pay. I also disabled the rubber duck from the
hydrotherapy but you can restore it if you like.
The mod also shares the same xml settings of the original sauna for things like bathing duration
and all that stuff, so if you modify that it will work also on this (I think I remember there is a default
setting about losing weight or something like that that many players don't like).
