Hi! This simple modern home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small garden in terrace. This is my first creation. I hope you like it!



The lot requires spa day game pack. No CC

How to install:

- Extract the zip file to desktop
- Place the files within the folder in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
- The lot should appear in your library in-game
