This gambrel style beach house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a third toilet in the laundry. The first floor layout is open and airy and allows multiple sims to route around with ease so it's a great home for sociable sims.
The garden is neat and minimalistic which lets views of the ocean be the main focus if placed on a beachfront lot - in my pictures it sits where the 30x30 lot at 477 Sunnyside Blvd, Sunset Valley used to be except I replaced it with a 35x25 lot in World Editor and removed the surrounding palm trees.

No CC or EA Store items used. Checked with Custard and play-tested. Anything upgradeable has been to either fireproof>unbreakable>improved.



Note: the preview pictures are unedited but they might look slightly different from your game because of these lighting mods and default replacements I use:
Extra Notes:
  • If you wish to edit the roof for whatever reason you need to use the cheats "testingcheatsenabled true" & "buydebug on" as there are level skip markers on those floors.
  • All the window seats are functional but don't place any modular snapping objects near them like counters/sectional sofas & coffee tables, etc. as it will screw them up and they're a pain to redo.
