I originally created Coastal Suburban for the Sims 3, but I wanted to build it in the sims 4. It is CC Free and the enlarge cheat was used for the car




This lot is based on the homes I see on the way to Blackpool (a English seaside town). It comprises of a nursery, 3 bedrooms, one is currently being used as a study/hobby-room, 2 bathrooms, a utility room, open-plan lounge and a kitchen/diner.
