Hey, hallo, ni hao, ohayo, hola.. uhhh I can't think of any other languages! Hello! Here's another creation I made on a whim since I saw a few cool houses online and took some inspiration, the usual. :lovestruc
Anyways.. onto the juicy stuff.

You MUST have bb.Moveobjects ON when placing the lot
If you don't, the lot will look all messed up.

I will also add (since MTS doesn't have the EP list updated yet) that you should have Mosquito/Mozzarella/whatever stuff for some of the furniture. It isn't required, but some nice pieces are used in the decorations.
