900 Sappony Road aka, The Roanoke house. is the main location of season 6 "American Horror Story: Roanoke" And Hopefully Your new home!
This home comes with a Kitchen, Dinning room, Sitting area, Family Room, A laundry room as well as a half bath on the first floor.
The Second has two bedrooms, three including the master bedroom All of which have walk in closets. And it's very own Movie theater!
Other amenities include, an large attic, a cellar, detached deck with hot tub, and the cursed souls trying to get you!

Notes
1. Price of the house is $394,198 (according to Gallery, However I notice it can change for some reason and might go up to near $410)
2. Please make sure bb.moveobjects is on, or you might have a missing door to the theater
3. The Lot also uses "My first pet stuff" for the a dog dish, and that's all
4. Traits for the lot are; Haunted, Cursed, and Creepy Crawlies
5. The cellar is located at the front left of the house, hidden under plants
6. The red squares you see in build/buy mode give off a small reddish glow at night to add to the "haunted" feel and will not be visible in Live mode.
7. Yes, the roof does look that way for some reason (ask the builders)
8. This house I have made in the sims 4 ever since season 6 of American Horror Story (2016) and have tried at least 20 times to get it perfect. and While it's not 100% I'm rather proud of how it came out.
