As said, there are 5 swatches (4 with the batman theme and one neutral - in black).
You can find the other pictures in the gallery!
To find the tiles in-game, go to: Build mode > Floors > Carpets OR check the "custom content" box in the search/filter system and then click on the carpet category or in the "all" floors category, like in the picture below:
