1 room, 1 bathrooms, kitchen - dinning room - living, large garden.

Ideal house for couples without children, single mother, group of best friends (no more than 3), Sims alone, and with a pet. It has 2 beds.
Everything or almost everything was tested in the live mode and it is functional (except for the fireplace, recently I realized that it is only decorative ... Yes, I was deceived from the beginning hahaha)
There's a kiddie pool decorated to look like a water feature and a hidden game table on the patio table, all fully functional.
