This lot evokes those old country houses with wide spaces. Although it is crazy to say that these houses have a basement, it is not unreasonable that it has it to combine with something out of the ordinary.
It is ideal for those sims who want to develop their hobby for nature and keep it as high as possible.
It has a greenhouse and fruit trees to harvest to ensure the sims' nutrition and well-being.



It only has one custom content item and it is the fa?ade wallpaper to give it a humble and rundown look.

In the basement there is an area for study and creativity and it has its own window.
a pet house is included, having a sheepdog would be a good idea.
