Updated to fix missing wall paint above door on the back of the garage and added outdoor lighting.

This Adobe style 2-story home features colorful custom tile work throughout. There's enough living space to accommodate family and friends and plenty of outdoor places to entertain.

Features:

Main level consists of open-plan LR, kitchen, dining with fireplace, as well as a study and 1/2 bath, along with a Master Suite connecting to the Nursery via the shared bath. Don't miss the skylight over the kitchen!

Second level has 2 BR w/a Jack & Jill bath, 2 patios, game room, hobby room, and laundry.

Outside there are 3 patios total, plus pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, pizza oven, grill, outdoor dining spaces, garage and garden, all enclosed with a privacy fence.

I have all expansion packs and stuff packs installed. I used a lot of store content in this build. Lucky Palms is essential for the landscaping. Hacienda Luxury is also essential for the doors and windows. I also used a lot of items from Haute Hacienda Kitchen and Dining Room Compilation and the Waning Moon set. If you don't have these, then their will be windows, doors, furniture, decor. and appliances that will not be as pictured. If I used anything from the other packs, then the game will substitute something else for it and it shouldn't be such a noticeable difference. There is no CC or CAP used on this lot. I have checked it with Custard.

Additional Credits:
This lot is for the Build-n-Share Challenge #231 Fall Designer Showdown where a foundation was provided to build on and a choice of one of seven color swatches. The foundation couldn't be changed and the color swatch had to be used in every room. I chose gold.

I was also inspired by (and stole ideas from) all of the wonderful lot creators for the Sims 3. They are too numerous to mention by name, but I thank them all for their amazing work! Their creations have made my game so much more enjoyable to play, especially the creators at the D.N.A. Request Team.

Thanks also to the wonderful people at NRaas for continuing to update their game-saving mods and to Delphy for CUSTARD. Without these, I would have quit playing long ago!
