In all my time playing The Sims 2, this is my first time building a lot from scratch (with help from my boyfriend, whose adorable dog is the lot's namesake), so I'm really excited to share Maple Court Apartments.

The apartment complex features a spacious and pretty courtyard. It's decorated with flowers and filled with items to interact with, such as a telescope, a swing, a dog house, and a hammock. Who said Sims should have to miss having a backyard while living in an apartment? With a grill and little picnic area, tenants will socialize with ease at weekend get-togethers and develop a warm community environment. (At least that's what the Landlord told me to say.)

The apartments themselves - seven in total - are quite spacious, with rent ranging from §2,161-§2,489. All apartments feature two bedrooms and one bathroom (with just enough extra space for a litter box). All are lightly furnished, so your neighbors won't be living in empty shells. As expected, your Sims will have a complete kitchen and bathroom upon buying the apartment.

Best of all, no CC.

The first-floor apartments closest to the front of the building are accessible from a small hallway. The other two, accessible from the courtyard, are the most expensive, unique in featuring two stories and a balcony.

The second-story apartments are accessible from an upper deck that faces the courtyard.

This lot has been play-tested on a separate lot, with no issues found. The packaged lot has never been inhabited.

Lot Size: 4x4
Lot Price (furnished): 2,161-2,489 weekly
