Is spaying and neutering not your cup of tea? Just want to have other sterilization options available in your game besides spaying and neutering? If so, this mod is for you! You can choose to have vasectomies and tubal ligations, or zeutering (zinc neutering) and ovary-sparing spays, available for your pets. This is a script mod, so it changes the in-game text. Tubal Ligations and Ovary-Sparing Spay options, unlike in real life, still disable heat cycles in-game, as I am a beginner modder and adjusting it to more realism is beyond my skill level. You can open the lessons in-game and find your chosen sterilization pick featured in the lesson on bringing your pet to the vet. The podium at the vet includes the sterilization, and reverse sterilization options of your choosing, as well as an interaction available with the surgery station. This mod also changes the text on the dialogue box that pops up when a pet ages up, tailored to the sterilization option you chose, to display that your pet can mate with other pets if not sterilized.

Realistically, you are more likely to find vets that sterilize with traditional spaying and neutering, although some vets also offer ovary-sparing spay, tubal ligation, vasectomy and zeutering, particularly vets who have added experience with high volume sterilization in efforts to reduce pet overpopulation. Fix your critter to prevent unexpected litters! :p
