I've been wanting to make a series of Starter homes using content from Honeywell's Bespoke Build Set... so that's exactly what I did! First up in my Starter Home series is a Teal Farmhouse at 19,731 simoleons. It features 2 bed rooms, 1 full bathroom, a spacious living room, full kitchen and a bonus room/attic space upstairs off the living room.

I did NOT include any content from Honeywell's Bespoke Build Set nor did I include the Roof Supports by mustluvcatz. You will want to download both following the links below in order for all custom content to function properly.
