This Gothic Victorian haunted house was designed for my modified Goth family, in which Alexander is a toddler. It features the new Haunted House lot trait and s?ance table from Paranormal Stuff. It has two full floors in addition to an attic and widow's walk. The ground floor has a parlor for entertaining, drawing room for creative skills, sitting room for logical skills, a formal dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen, and two bathrooms. The second floor has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom, nursery, guest bedroom, office, bathroom, and a butler's quarters with laundry, ensuite bathroom, and access to the kitchen. The attic as an assortment of magic items including the s?ance table. The widow's walk has been left empty.

This build requires two packs of custom content, both made by Peacemaker.
