The Newson House (No CC) - A Seven Bedroom Suburban Home

Hi all!
Am I the only one who has had the Newsons sitting around in the family bin for like..ever? Well, I decided to build them a house, as seven bedroom homes are kind of hard to find, and I wanted to create a unique home for the family. The house is a suburban, cape cod style featuring a covered porch, 5 bathrooms, and an attached garage. I tried to keep the price low, even in the furnished version, but the price did climb up a bit.
Pricing:
Unfurnished: $57,874
Furnished: $129,448
NOTE: This lot, both the furnished and unfurnished versions, are completely CC-free. However, in my game I have these bedding defaults, which are pictured in the screenshots. This lot was made in a clean game, but pictures were taken in my game.
Each bedroom is decorated according to each family member's interests and hobby. There is a more general downstairs bedroom for the Newson's adoptive parent(s), as well as a study. Each child's bedroom comes furnished with a desk- I highly, highly recommend downloading Mog's desk locator and Michelle's recolors , especially for a big family like this.

Garrett: As a toddler, Garrett hasn't had the opportunity to pursue his hobbies and interests yet, so he has a fully-furnished baby blue room.
Gallagher: As Gallagher is into mechanics, I gave him a race car themed room. Perhaps when he grows up he will work on cars
Gavin: Gavin is a messy sim, so his floor is littered with dirty clothes. Since he has a nature hobby and a strong sports interest, I balanced these in his decor.
Gabriella: Gabriella has the tinkering hobby as well, but a strong interest in animals, so I gave her a womrat cage and some animal pictures.
Georgia: Georgia's room is just like Garrett's, but in pink!
Ginger: Ginger's hobby is games, hence the pinball machine. I see her as being a little edgy (because she is so playful) which is why I accented her room in black.
As the garden that surrounds the home would be difficult to maintain (unless you send Gavin to do it
), I have included sprinklers, which takes watering off your hands. There are 2 staircases, as I find that improves playability (no more complaining when someone else is going up the stairs at the same time!)
I have also included an unfurnished version, in case you just need a 7 bedroom house!
