Brick Duplex - NO CC

Hi! I'm still working on my MySims Project. Actually, I'm building a whole neighborhood and I have already built a LOT of lots inspired by characters, places and storylines from the MySims franchise, but I'm not going to upload all of them because that would spoil stoylines that I'm planning for the neighborhood that I'm planning to upload once I have finished it.

What I bring you today is one of the lots that I've built for my hood, but this one is NOT related to anything from MySims: it's an idea of mine inspired by real-life city buildings. This is an apartment complex consisting of two 3-story apartments. Each apartment has two bedrooms and a total number of four sleeping places (one double bed and two single beds) on the last floor.
The ground floor has a garage, an entrance hall and a small bathroom. On the first floor, there are the hall, the kitchen and the main bathroom. As I have mentioned before, the bedrooms are on the last floor and they are connected to the rest of the house by a corridor with skylights.
The rooms of the houses are furnished differently to represent two different "types" of families: the apartment on the left is mainly furnished in black and is intended for a stylish, urban family; the apartment on the right is colorful and is intended for a modern family with geeky children. Of course this is just a guideline that I followed to furnish the apartments in a cohesive way: you can re-furnish the rooms to accomodate your sims' personalities!

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
