After having played through "12 Minutes" time loop over and over again (alternatively - having watched many hours of gameplay), the image of the iconic flat the story takes place in gets engraved in one's mind. I decided to recreate it in The Sims 2 using as little CC as possible, so that people can enjoy it hassle-free. Because of that the only piece of custom content required is the eye-catching carpet in the corridor, through which "12 Minutes" very conciously references the movie "Shining". This carpet was recreated by Michelle.

Since we do not know much about the area the protagonists of "12 Minutes" are living in, I decided to not interfere with the outside of the lot at all, especially because originally it was supposed to be a (cheap?) flat in an apartment building (the main character enters the corridor from an elevator and at some points you can hear his neighbours through thin walls) and not a standalone house. Thanks to this you can modify it so it fits your gameplay and neighbourhood. There are also no lights (besides the candles on the table), because you can't really see where the lamps are in the original game. I hope you'll enjoy it!
