TS1 to TS2 - the Maximus Home - no CC

The Maximus home is FINALLY here for the Sims 2! A weird estate, but a copy of this has been (lightly) play-tested to ensure every corner is accessible on foot. It's still an unconvenient place to live, though.

Some points to notice:
1. Some shrubs may be inaccessible, consider using Perfect Plants by twojeffs or other mods alike.
2. The tragic clown paintings that flooded the original house are replaced by cute bunnies. :P

3. On the second floor, three walls are left blank, which should be a mistake by the original developers. I left them alone. Feel free to cover them or enjoy them.
4. If you decide to put someone in the weird house, either your own Maximus family or another weird family, be sure to bring them light, LOTS OF light!
5. The lot is slightly larger than the original TS1 lot. The latter has a size of 31x35 (and irregular shaped), while this TS2 lot is 40x40.
6. The lot is surrounded by moats because of the huge height difference on the original TS1 lot. This lot should resemble the original topography, except for the moats. But I think the Maximus will like the moats. And you?
