For Riverview's final Pets lot, I present a horse ranch based loosely off of a horse ranch I found on Google maps. I have it placed at 367 Farmer Valley Road, but it can also be placed at 345 Riverblossom Hills Drive.

Towards the front-left of the lot is a space to take care of your horse's needs, with hay piles, salt licks, water troughs, and a couple of balls for them to play with. Towards the back-left is the Petite Pony Equestrian Center. At the right of the lot is a training course, which I have play-tested to make sure it functions properly.
