*Hello fellow Simmers! This marks my first lot upload for MTS. I was frustrated with trying to find a build for Appaloosa Plains and decided to just try and build a couple of lots for the world in a couple of places where they may fit. I hope you all enjoy and if there are any issues with said lots please let me know and I'll try to fix it asap.*

This is Choco Cottage. A comfy little home nestled in the hills of Appaloosa Plains. It's a cozy-sized home that can comfortably fit a family of 4, but if you have more than that or end up expecting more than that along the way, you might want to reconsider another location. I built this lot on 19443 Bob-o-Link Drive, but feel free to place the lot anywhere you'd like.
