The 'base' for this house came from Klaartje, for Sims Crafters Discord's building contest. It is a foundation challenge, so the foundation was not changed in any way. My dice-roll came up for Brutalism (twice!) ...I think it turned out more Cubist than anything?
Anyway, it was fun to build - and that's the point.

I intentionally keep my builds lightly furnished - with only EAxis stuffeths - so that you can have all the fun of decorating it! (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!) All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included; along with smoke and burglar alarms, and telephones.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is one parking space; with room to add another.

This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.

BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
Gunmod's Radience Lighting System, which is installed with the Scriptorium (which is necessary for installing CC stairs.)
Lamare's Shiftable Everything and...
HugeLunatic's Sweet Down Low Tweaked + for the ability to shift things up/down on a wall without darkening the item!
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror.
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
