Hi - This is my second attempt at my first ever upload - hopefully this time I get the pictures to attach properly.

I was inspired by JWoods wonderful hobbit doors and windows (thank you Mr Woods!) and decided to try to build a hobbit home. I'm quite pleased with the result and hope you like it too. I don't have either EP so this will hopefully be compatible with all versions of the game.

Bag End has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, seperate lounge, dinning and kitchen and a music room/study. The unfurnished house is about $40,600 and the furnished about $86,000. I have resisted the temptation to use all the lovely things I have downloaded from here and have used only Maxis furniture.

Custom content included:

grass floor by roddyaleixo from this site (thanks Rodrigo) http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=33536

Custom content not included BUT REQUIRED:

Round "Hobbit Hole" door and windows set by JWoods http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=84670

Recolours by Ailias http://forums.modthesims2.com/showt...ighlight=Hobbit

I suggest you download and install these before installing the house.

Other Notes:

I used Clean Installer so NO HACKS in this file.

The rugs you can see in the top down view are by foreverjadon and are NOT included with the furnished house but if you want them you can get them on this site http://www.modthesims2.com/showthre...&highlight=rugs

Because the roof was shaped using the constrainelevation cheat you wont be able to alter the interior wall layout. If you want to do this you will need Numenor's custom wall pack - use the unleveled wall. http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=59793
Thanks Numenor for this brilliant addition to the building tools!

The exterior walls are actually foundations so you may find it easier to play with the walls completely down rather than just cut away.
