Those error messages usually mean you had a slider or preset mod and later removed it. It's not important unless the sim doesn't look right. If the sim is distorted I need the save game and the sim troubleshooting info zip file.

Please do not PM me with mod, tutorial, or general modding questions or problems; post them in the thread for the mod or tutorial or post them in the appropriate forum.

I need to see whatever CC is causing your problem, not just the save file and information messages. Without the Sim Troubleshooting Info zip file or an upload of all the CC your sims are using I can't help you. If for some reason you can't or don't want to upload the sim troubleshooting info, you'll have to remove all your mods and CC and add them back a few at a time until you figure out what's causing the problem.

No, I need the sim troubleshooting info that you save by clicking the button in SimRipper. But it looks fine to me in SimRipper so I think it's just a difference in rendering perspective. You can upload the mesh if you want so I see for myself.

Here are the mesh and sim info.

Ok, so the one in hats I will have to test to see if it shows up in ripper. The ones I was using on the sim were in the tattoo category. So, I don't know if that's why they didn't show up. I'll see if I can attach the tattoo versions I was talking about.

Like I thought, it's the perspective. Press numpad 5 to toggle the projection in Blender.

I see the problem - when using the 'solid and glass' option the glass texture, which doesn't include the highlights, overlays the solid texture. I'm not sure there's any practical way to change that but I'll think about it. You can use the single mesh and texture or the separate meshes and one texture options.

Thanks! The faces show up fine on my system. Hair and some clothing and accessories are missing, probably because they're from packs I don't own. The problem seems to be resources that SimRipper can't find in your game files: the skintone and the face and body overlays that are applied by presets and physique sliders. The skintones should be in ClientDeltaBuild0.package, and the overlays in the other DeltaBuild packages. You need to check the paths in the setup, and make sure SimRipper has privilege to open all the game packages.

The game files path should look like: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\

Good evening CmarNYC, I have been having this issue on and off with TS4 ripper for a while now, but all the versions I download are having issues. I have the most recent one you upload, but my laptop, it takes forever to load and eventually I get the blue screen of death. I'm now using the 3.4 versions and now I'm having this issue. I provided the error code and proper screenshots of my settings. **UPDATE** I'm only having this issue with one sim in one certain outfit. I cant get a hold of her trouble shoot since the sim wont load at all. I forgot to mention it loaded one time and this message popped up and I havent been able to get the sims to load since.
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging

Unfortunately that's a very generic error message and doesn't help.

Your real problem is that you can't run the latest version of SimRipper. The error may have already been fixed, and if I make changes in a new version you won't be able to run it. Have you made an exception in your antivirus for the SimRipper program and folder?

I also need your save game.

I'll link both the saves I'm using below, and I'll have to go into my settings to check. I had to delete mcfee or whatever it's called due to it slowing my laptop down. I'll work on seeing if that's one of the issues.

Devon Harvey's head, feet, and one bracelet came up fine - the other items are probably missing because they're from packs I don't own or CC that didn't make it into the troubleshooting info for whatever reason.

The package 'Accessories 1.package' in the troubleshooting info is empty, perhaps because something in it is causing the error. If you could upload your copy of it that might help.

Hello! So I was hoping someone could help me with this. For some reason SimRipper is running EXTREMELY slow on my brand new desktop? On my laptop my sims would upload in less than a minute but on my brand new desktop its taking over 5 minutes. Its odd because the specs on my desktop FAR surpass those of my laptop. There is way more space and a more powerful operating system. Even my game is running very quickly and smoothly with over 8k CC,mod files and ultra appearance settings. Help would be much appreciated! Its also freezing a lot as well
