Hagrid´s Cabin from Harry Potter series.

This small hut consist of only one room that serves as a bedroom, kitchen and a dining room. And since Hagrid is obsessed with monsters and none are available (yet), you will find at least a snake charming basket there. The smaller building on the left is an outhouse (a bathroom and a laundry actually). The garden with pumpkin patch contains some lettuce and flame fruit bushes. First trees of Forbidden Forest loom just behind the hut.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Great Job!! It is perfect I can't wait to start using it! I would love for someone to create hogwarts castle! Maybe not quite as big though, it would take much imagination and creativity to get it done. But I would love to see it. And the Weasly house! Thanks so much for this.

Have you seen the Hogwarts world I link to several comments before? (It´s really very nicely made and I use it for my Harry Potter neighbourhood.)
I have vague plans for building Three Broomsticks or Hog´s Head, maybe The Burrow (book version).
I don´t know about any Hagrid sim for download (except the Exchange). I might make one myself but the main trouble is there´s no suitable beard for him (and without it he doesn´t look right).
