This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
I couldn't believe EA made these nice gloves with one single channel, so I decided to fix that. I made this for my personal use, but I think you'd find useful as I do.
I've changed the mask and made the ribbon texture a little darker, so the bright colors are not too bright.
· These are enabled for teens, young adults, adults and elders, under everyday and formal categories.
· There are two channels now: the glove and the ribbon.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Great job friend!

Why do I see default replacement files on here from time to time? Like default replacement eyes and things like that? I'm not asking to erase the original, just to disguard it and replace with the fixed version.

I would also LOVE to see these as a default replacement, so if you manage to figure it out, I'll def get them. I'm getting these in the meantime, though, because they will be a lot more versatile than the originals. Thanks!

Thank you SO much! I LOVE these gloves, because EA FAILED, trying to create this. Now, thanks to you, I can use these, because both can be recolored! Thanks! :D
Is there anyway you can make a default replacement? Because, the original suck, and your re-creation is WAY better!

Exactly what I needed, thanks!! I loved the style of that gloves from the beginning, but while lacking the second channel, they turned out to be barely of use in any outfit. Now quite some Sims in my game will be wearing these...

I have some EXACTLY the same as the black and white ones at home. Tyvm for making this. Could I request that you make something just like this but just for the left hand? Ty

Hey, could you do a gender conversion of your fixed version? I have a DIY gender conversion of the original ones, and I know I'd probably convert these the same way, but I've honestly forgotten how.
