This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
This is a featured upload! It showcases the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
**Updated 27-Oct-09** Fixed Club desk in the HL_base_1TileDesks.rar.

A variety pack of one-tile desks, from Base game up to Apartment Life. Each file is labeled with what EP/SP is required. Each one is a slave to the two-tile version and takes all Maxis/EA plus custom colors. All desks cost one-half the amount of the two-tile one...well, because there half the desk!

I realize some of these have been done, but most that I know of are pay and I do not use pay items so I needed an alternative. I have done all of the desks that I like and use and I have no idea why it has taken me this long to get to this. I have no immediate plans to make more, but who knows.

Each desk has the main slot for computer/homework plus the original secondary slot moved over and to the rear. The Country one has an additional slot added. (...ignore the shadow on the Atomic one...its been fixed...)

The secondary slot also works great for MogHughson's Desk Locator or the UNI Desk Locator. Thanks Cat for reminding me what I forgot to mention.

Polygon Counts:
Asian - 395
Club - 437
Economy - 188
Quaint - 1474
Mission - 1118
Atomic - 972
Country - 2691
Goth - 1313
Fredrik - 428
Bohemian - 1482
Tech - 940

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

I'm just wondering where you got the decorations that are on your desks in the pictures. Please paste me a link, or let me know.

Thanks a bunch great work! But im just afraid to download because i have seen some in TSR im not very sure long time i don't visit there, but im not sure about what im going say it's only a doubt of mine, they was conflicting with something while i used them in my game and i had to remove them from my downloads i think they say it there it can conflict, so your version does conflict with something too or no? ( I think it was some error in version there) sorryyy im not sure the only thing im sure was they caused a big problem in my game, i hope your version does not.

Just because someone on TSR makes something that causes conflicts, doesn't mean everyone else does. No. These do not conflict with anything in game, nor will they conflict with any other users content as I have my own section in the GUID database.

If you don't have the required EPs, then you will have issues. So only download what matches your game configuration.

Do these connect, or are they snap separated by the grid? I ask because the one with the side panels looks right to made a continuous row of useable desks for multiple sims, if that were possible.

Thanks! I wanted a small desk area for my sims, and one of the tiles you made 1 was the one I wanted!

These are so perfect! I love one tile creations, my game has so many of them, but somehow I missed this. I love it that they are repository linked and have extra slots.
