Thanks for these fixes Pescado. There is another bug no one seems to have noticed, my witches, good, evil, and neutral, are completely maxed out in their magic skill, have all reagents required for all spells, and the only spell they can perform is inferno. I want my familiar (kitty) damnit! Ok, already, I'm getting off the lawn and I'm not even a kid!! LOL :D

Oooh, downloading now! I'm not good enough in english to understand the depth in what it fixes, but I just wonder if it fixes the problem with custom mailboxes on AL lots :p

To all creators: If you make for example a mailbox; ADD THE FREAKING "MAILBOX" into the filename so people can find it, track it down and blast the file when they don't want it anymore

I always add several things related to my creation, for example: BMW M6 Blue by Tre Zillah --Thaxter-- Hope this might be a common file name(not downloadable anymore, sims2carsource.net is partly closed) :D

Lol, one of my observations as an avid fan of the Sims has been that custom content in general, and patches like these, are about the only things keeping TS2 worth playing...which sounds melodramatic, I'm sure, but looking at the list of things this patch alone fixes...*shudder*

Just recently got AL and didn't even know about the bugs in it until I came across this post randomly (I look for all mods and such immediately after adding expansion packs to it for exactly this reason). I'm REALLY glad now that I didn't first put hours of work into my sims and families/stories only to risk screwing things up.

Thanks for a working link to get the AL fix. The cell phone issue was REALLY ticking me off. I had a Sim in University buy 4 phones before giving up because 3 of them disappeared from her inventory (and this only worked because I had more than one phone in the inventory at the time of purchase and gift transfer). The 4th was successfully able to be given as a gift but only on a community lot. Gonna try this and see what happens.

Awesome, I got annoyed when I tried to get my sim to answer their cell phone and all of a sudden the ringing DID stop, but I clicked on the sim (and, of course, the phone options were gone) and I was like "WTF??!!!!!" Thanks... and I'm not on your lawn- *looks down at Pescado's lawn under feet* oops... *runs away screaming in terror at the hose*
