Ingo, you use the CFE cheat - constrainfloorelevation false. You need to be a bit careful experimenting with it, don't try it first on your favourite lot! have a look in the tutorials sections, there are plenty of pointers about how to use it. You can do a lot with CFE, but it takes practice and patience.

I love this house.

the pieces on the front and the support beams didn't work (I have nearly every expansion pack installed)

But I'm still using it and it's well made =]

pinkvampire, did you install the CC included with the house? The beams are there in the download file.

I love this house. I already have four in my neighborhood, but there's always room for one more. There's plenty of room for a single Sim or a couple. Thanks for creating and sharing this wonderful little house with us.

Oh my gods, the perfect little home for my apocalypse survivors! The veranda roof will make a wonderful space for leisurely late-afternoon sentry shifts and I'm rather glad that there are probably no corpses under the floor because it's such a hassle when they try to dig themselves out and always leaves a mess.

And no CC from out-of-business sites, no EPs I don't have! This couldn't be more perfect! Thank you very much
