This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Swishy Skirt with Boots...

I was looking through the clothes in the H&M stuff and saw a horrible outfit which basically looks like a sack with some elastic and buttons but that somehow had ended up with the cutest set of boots. I just had to rescue those adorable boots from that awful outfit, so I decided a fun little skirt would be just the thing.

The Mesh: This is a bottom only mesh, so it only works as Everyday/Casual clothing. It has a fat morph and bump maps. The skirt has a nice length, ending just above the knee with a very pretty rippled shape, and is paired with some seriously cute heeled boots.

The Recolours: I've made a set of 10 recolours - six solids and four prints. I've rarred the two sets separately in case you just want one set, or you can grab both. They're set up to work for adults and young adults.
  • Black Skirt with Black Boots
  • Red Skirt with Black Boots
  • Pink Skirt with Black Boots
  • Turquoise Skirt with Brown Boots
  • Cream Skirt with Brown Boots
  • Green Skirt with Fuchsia Boots (Rose Campion)
  • Pink Leopard Skirt with Black Boots
  • Pastel Peacock Skirt with Blue Boots
  • Autumn Swirl Skirt with Brown Boots
  • Spring Swirl Skirt with Green Boots

Make sure to grab the mesh and at least one of the recolours for this to work in your game.

As always, everything is clearly labeled so you can remove anything you don't want.

Known Issues:

Due to the way the top of the skirt had to be constructed, it may tend to be a little more stiff kind of toward the belly and hips than other meshes - not really too bad, just a bit. When recolouring in Body Shop textures may appear distorted - hit F6 to pop the arms up and you'll see they're not... it just tends to stretch a bit between the legs but not really any more so than other similarly-constructed meshes in-game.

Credits/Thanks:

Thanks to Wes_h for the Unimesh plugin and all his other wonderful plugins that make meshing an absolute dream now. Thanks to Quaxi and everyone else who has contributed to the development of SimPE. Thanks to Tiggerypum for everything she has taught me about meshing. Thanks also to Nouk for input and moral support and corruption. And as always, a huge thanks to the rest of the MTS2 staff, especially Delphy, for giving me such a cool place to learn how to make pretty things for pixel dollies.

Model Credits:

The model is my sim Olivia's facial sculpt with a serious makeover to make her into a sim I call Rose in my game now... using Glance skin, some freckles by Alkaloid, lipstick and liner by Bruno, eyes by Barcelonista, brows by Helaene, and hair by XM Sims.

The shirts pictured are not included - but they're also by me. You can get 'em under my profile - Fanseefem stuffs ftw!

These look great! And yeah, HM had a few very sack-like dresses that I don't think look like much on the sims (maybe on humans they look slightly different?)

A very nice addition of some basic sim clothing!

I hardly have any skirts in my game as they are either way to short or really frumpy looking, but these are just fantastic and the boots are fab thanks for saving them.

Thanks for another great addition to my game :D

maybe someone should make an untucked version of this skirt

but even without it, it is still a very nice skirt

my dear lord, it's the ferocious black beast of Rhipsanydoridontodontodontodon, with its large black teeth that can eat 3 humans at once, mate 3 times a year, can reach an average speed of 80 miles/hour, and is 50 ft aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrggghhh

P.S. if you have seen him put this in your signature

Boots are my ultimate favourite type of footwear so these get a thumbs up from me. I'm not normally a fan of knee length skirts to be honest, I prefer short and cutesy ones, but these particular skirts are so demure and pretty and really quite gorgeous.

Thankyou HP!!
Hopefully I'll actually be able to download them soon, once the server isn't so busy. =[

You have easily become the only creator whose work I actually look for and look foreward to. Thank you for creating such beautiful clothes, hair, makeup and more. Everything you do is greatly appreaciated by all my sims. XD

I can't wait to get to try this out in my game.

I love this! Those boots are indeed very cute, and it's great to have another opportunity to mix them into different outfits. Although, I have nothing against the original H&M dress that comes with those boots either. It's cute, though a bit too trendy. I really enjoy the looser-fitting H&M styles, since there are plenty of form-fitting Sim clothes for females already.

The skirt is perfect. My favourite length, and I love the colours and patterns. You have a superb sense of colour, and combine them in wonderful ways (not too matchy-matchy either). You've made a lot of outfits that I would totally wear myself. Thank you.

I'm really loving your Fanseefem clothing. Your work will always be greatly appreciated.

Oh dear, I love the skirts but hate the boots! Lol! If you ever think of making these with a different shoe mesh (maybe flipflops?), I will totally download them!

Lovely! I don't have the H&M expansion yet (I left the Sims 2 for a little while, but I'm back!... for now) but the boots are cute and the skirt you added to them is absolutely wonderful. I was about to make a Sim family, and was looking around for some clothes for a Sim, as well as getting any good new clothes... But, seriously, I know EXACTLY which Sim to put this on. ^^;''

Oh, these are so cute! I've been looking for a skirt mesh this length for a long time - I actually checked if you'd done one first, but I didn't find it (I'm a fool.)

I'd also really love if you made these with different shoes, maybe something flat like dolly shoes? But I can already dress my sim in clothes I sort of wear with this, so thanks
