Just what we need. I hated that drinking coffee seem to do nothing but fill up the bladder need! Thank you for fixing things.

I was stunned how stupidly weak the coffee was when I brewed a pot. Thanks so much for this. At least now the bladder decay will be worth it... Cheers and happy simming!

Those devs over at the Maxis Sims Camp must be on some other kind of buzz, 'cause the ain't made coffee worth a damn in any outing of the franchise. No wonder Starbucks haven't approached them to slip in some product advertising in the game. Thanks for the increased buzz. Now my sims might just make it through a whole day without being too downright tired.

Thank you. My sim was so disappointed with her first cup of coffee that she never bothered having another one again

An there ya have it folks, modders to the rescue yet again. WTF was EA thinking when they programed the coffee energy gain? (scratches head)

The coffee was pointless before, now with this mod seems to have fixed that. Thank you!

Thank you!

By the way, how are you getting flavored coffee? The only option that ever shows for me is "Brew Coffee."

I suppose they come with an upgrade? My sims have never gotten to that point yet, but since I found the files for them I went ahead and boosted them.

Thank you for this mod.

Out of curisoity, is there any chance you could also create some more variants of the caffeine amounts - such as a 'weak' version that is somewhere around halfway between the EA default and your "medium" version (like 25/30 or so), as well as a varied approach that tries to assign more of a real-world-ish variance in the amount of caffeine contained in the various drink types? For instance, green teas tend to have lower levels of caffeine than black teas, and so on. So to use the medium settings as an example, if regular coffee has a value of 55, green tea perhaps might have a value around 10 or so, etc.

I realize the varied approach would be more work than just assigning a flat across-the-board value, but it could be interesting I think. There are a number of various statistical sites you could use as a reference to get an idea for the general disparity in the levels of caffeine present in different kinds of coffees and teas, and then just sort of wing it from there; sites like http://www.cspinet.org/new/cafchart.htm and http://coffeetea.about.com/od/caffe...ther-Drinks.htm just to name a few.

Anyhow, that's just the thoughts I had on the matter. Again, thanks for the mod; I was beginning to wonder why the coffee in the game seemed like it wasn't doing anything.

I love this mod but I got the strongest possible for both coffee and tea, nobody in my household was in need to sleep cause they drink coffee on their own, or brewed up some when the energy got in the yellow. I think the whole world didn't sleep, I do have coffee/tea pots on most community lots. Getting the medium one now.
