Not only that, but most CC creators are also aware of the issue and are careful not to flag their clothing for naked (bathing).
As our sims community is aware, dear scumbumbo passed away a couple of years back, but many modders took over updating his mods on a website dedicated to his mods https://scumbumbomods.com/ And it just so happens that old clothing mod of his has been updated and is on that website. I would recommend if all other tricks and attempts to remove clothing from sims in the shower have failed, to then try that mod and its copy and paste features. It always worked for me years ago so I highly recommend it, seeing the mod has been updated.
Also, I've used the very same copy and paste trick with MC Dresser to clear away unwanted clothes, hats, accessories and whatever from sims in shower. Even just to change hairstyles as I think wearing ribbons or scarf hairstyles in the shower is just as stupid. CC allowed for bathing outfit triggers it, even if you remove the CC completely or batch fix it to remove flag for bathing outfit, sim will continue wearing Maxis clothing in shower because they have thereafter been flagged to wear clothing in shower so they get Maxis clothing instead of CC. S4S batch fixing can only prevent culprit CC from doing it again, but it's too late if it's already happened to a sim. That's where scumbombo's mod or MC Dresser comes to the rescue. I have been 100% successful ridding it from my game with all these methods.
It is a bit more problematic if trying to copy and paste nude clothing onto a child to get rid of clothing forced on them. I don't have that many kids in my world, much less any children CC that would force them to wear clothing when in bathing outfit. I certainly cannot see WW forcing such a thing to happen. I understand why WW was edited to no longer remove the censor blur from kids and toddlers. With those sick shits out there turning WW into something deplorable, Turbo did not want his mod associated with any of that. Reinstating the censor blur on kids and toddlers would be enough, back to Maxis default regarding those age groups, after which simply no need to also force clothing on them. Nope, I don't see that at all, that would be more prudish than Maxis and far too over the top for a modder to force on anyone's game. If Maxis don't even go that far, why should a modder? But if I recall correctly, Mod The Sims has a sister site, Adult themed X-rated, called Sexy Sims which I'm remembering had nude clothing CC for all ages. That was a long time ago, before toddlers, but it might still be there to help copy and paste on kids to get rid of the clothing when nude.
However, if you also have other kids in your world who do not wear clothing in shower, then you already have some form of invisible clothing, nude, for that age group. As such can easily copy that invisible clothing from one sim and paste it onto the other who has visible clothing when in shower. Because nude is still clothing, just made invisible. That's how it's always been in the sims, kinda like that old story of The Emperor's New Suit.

Yeah I have the updated Scumbumbo mod from the website, also tried MCC for it too. I've used the batch fix in S4S as well before I put any cc in my game. So idk why it is doing it and I haven't taken the time to sort through cc to see if it is causing the issue or what, because like I said it mostly affects kids and under. I know there's a mod to get toddlers to bathe in the nude outfit on MTS, but I am at a loss as to why my kid sims are clothed. It's the white strap tank and white undies for girls and just white undies for boys (maybe the regular white tank for them too I don't remember). So idk. I might do some more extensive testing later when I get the chance, lately I've just wanted to play in the game. Good to know it isn't the no mosaic you made! It was odd, I had made one myself for personal use and when I checked your code versus mine it was identical changes minus the name change part, and when I used mine it was in overrides and I didn't have this issue.
But since the patch and switching to your version (just did it cuz I hate maintaining so many mods that I've made xD) it has been an issue so I really do not know what my game's problem is. Since putting WW in game I haven't seen adults bathe with clothing so far, but yeah still an issue for kids and under. But other than it being an annoyance (stop bathing with clothes on come on xD) since it's the younger age group I am not too pressed about it. I'll redo the batch fix in S4S just for fun and to make sure I haven't missed anything, most of the clothes I've been getting have been for infants lol. But anyways, thanks for taking the time to write your message, and confirming it wasn't your mod. I appreciate that! For now, S4S batch fix and maybe repairing my game idk. I'll figure something out, trying out the different things you mentioned in case I missed something.
Oh and I 100% agree with you on those disgusting mods some folks have made. There is even a mod on MTS that uses the framework mod from the same user who made one of the gross mods, and the mod on MTS is innocent looking enough it just uses that framework, so I am surprised it has been allowed here tbh. But anyways, yeah, people always come up with pretty nasty stuff for Sims games, 2 and I think even 3 had some nasty mods back in the day as well. So when I found out about them in 4 I was grossed out but not surprised, you know? Anyways, I understand where Turbo is coming from with removing certain things from their mod. I remember Lumpinou talking on discord about some stuff some people wanted in their mod and they were concerned that someone would make it wrong like with WW.
