Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Please redownload - stairs are fixed now, everything works fine. And I have deleted the shrubs in the back, because the landlord couldn't trim them.
Thanks to Ressecup1987 for pointing me to that!

I did another apartment building and now it's in a typical european terraced/row house style.

There are three apartments and they are all fully furnished and they have two levels.
They are each perfect for bigger families (master bedroom, nursery, single bedrooms etc.) or subtenants.

Hope you like it!

BTW: To rent an apartment furnished you can do the following:
CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
Enter the following cheat:
boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
--> go very near to the door and stand before it and then SHIFT-click on it and choose "Rent Furnished"
After that open the cheat box again and type: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false

Lot Size: 4x3
Lot Price: 2.419-2.468

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

You can't select them in buy mode or delete them - do you probably mean this? But you can't select them on any apartment lot since it is restricted by the game itself (it does work, but only with cheats).

So for me every closet work fine, since I tested it out in every apartment. Either way - does anyone else have this problem missybrina has?

Closets work fine for me. One problem that I do have though is that the landlord stays all day long complaining because he cant trim the four bushes near the pool in the back.

Hi Ressecup1987 - thanks again for your hint. I have deleted the bushes near the pool so the landlord will not end up desperately trying to trim them.

These are very pretty and they really do look typically European. Exactly what I needed. Thanks a lot!
