Love this pack! Thanks for all your hard work! After the update yesterday, my Sims won't sit in the desk chairs anymore! Anyone else having this problem?

Updated the mods tuning for patch 1.77.131.1030 (07/20/2021)
Note* finished upgrades reset to unfinished as it's the way I like it myself and did not have time to do two seprate versions.
No update needed for part2

As for the chair, it seems okay since I downloaded this pack after the official fix even though I didn't batch fix it. That said, YMMV (out of an abundance of personal caution

Oh h*ck yes! I used to have a living chair that looked just like that and I've been waiting for someone to make it for The Sims Anything (TSR used to have something similar for TS1, but I lost that diskette ages ago).

Edit: I posted before I finished looking at the previews. This set is 150% more detailed and on-point than anything EA could come up with, and I like how you never break the microcosm by putting the Latin alphabet anywhere. Everything is in-universe. That's dedication right there.
