This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
This is a functional juice blender that sims can use to make juice from apples, pears, carrots, tomatos, blackberries, grapes, or oranges.

Update 2016-03-05: Updated with the rest of the Italian translation, revised Dutch translation, and Polish translation for the orange juice.

The blender has various options:
  • Blend Juice ‒ for a single glass
  • Serve Juice ‒ for a pitcher
  • Clean/Repair like on the tea machine; Upgrade is (partly) changed to have custom strings

All juices require ingredients -- one fruit/vegetable for a single serving, six for a group serving. Ingredients are taken either from the sim or the fridge inventory (stuff in the fridge comes first). The better the ingredients are, the better the juice; but I’ve tuned it so that sims will drink “Okay” quality juice without making faces and ewwww-bleh noises (i.e. Okay actually means Okay, not “tastes like puddle”).

The juices are basically like the Maxis orange juice, just with different colours and more low-polyness and additional half-full states. (Or half-empty states? Discuss! )

Available in Small Appliances for 180§, teens and older can use it.

The whole thing still has room for improvement (actually, two rooms), but since I didn't get anywhere I just finished everything else and decided to upload as is for now, instead of fiddling forever:
  • It is using the unchanged tea machine animations (including props, see the “Prepare” screenshots -- sims pour tea leaves into the machine etc), because in order to make custom ones *and* have sims route to the object right at the start, I would have to override S4_7DF2169C_00000000_0000000000003FCC cooking_Counter.xml (bad idea) or add on to it, and I haven’t yet figured out how to do the latter. I assume it’s possible to do that (and probably even quite simple once you know how), but for now, there are tea leaves. The sounds are also from the tea machine but they actually fit quite well ‒ the boiling water is not too unlike mashing fruits into pieces. Use your imagination!

  • Right now the juice in the pitcher and machine (behind the glass) only has one colour option (it is always orange); I haven’t quite figured out yet how to set material states on the crafting object without breaking the actual crafting. Ideally this should of course match the colour of the juice that is being blended. This is also why it has only one olour option overall at the moment (black/dark grey, like on the screenshots).

Also, on the “Prepare” screenshots + some others, the glass parts still have a different shader ‒ the final object looks like on the first three screenshots, where the glass on the pitcher is a bit milky (that is on purpose, to make the wrongly-coloured juice less obvious).

Localisation:

Blender and juices speak the following languages: US English (pbox), Simplified Chinese (wuccwzt), Traditional Chinese (egureh), Czech (Rynka_CS), Dutch (ElenaInTheSims), French (PharaohHound/Damabiah/MiniMimi), German (pbox), Italian (Ele88), European Portuguese (azoresman/simshout), Brazilian Portuguese (matheusmm94), Norwegian (therbon), Polish (hubi98), Russian (thesimsclub), Spanish (gato_24). Thank you all!

The additional orange juice has Engish, German, Dutch, Norwegian and French (I hope I got those right -- I learned all my Dutch from Sinaasappelsap packages! ), as well as Chinese (egureh), Italian (ele88), Polish (Piesek64), and Czech (Rynka_CS).

More contributions welcome; see here if you want to translate mods but don’t know how.

When I opened my game (in brazilian language) I saw that the european portuguese translation was using the locale code for the brazilian portuguese translation (in Brazil we call juices "sucos", not "sumos"), so I took the liberty of replacing the european translation and adding a correct brazilian translation, I also added both portuguese translations for the orange juice, if you don`t mind

Eu percebi a mesma coisa.
Então este é o objeto já traduzido? Coloco este ao invés do outro?

Can you post in English please, or add a translation? I can't follow ...

(Here's what Google thinks you said: "I noticed the same thing. Then this is the object already translated? I put this rather than the other")

There surely is no error in the Maxis post I linked to, but from what you say I gather that in TS3 both European and Brazilian Portuguese were supported, whereas TS4 currenty only supports Brazilian Portuguese. You're right in that 0x11 should have the Brazilian variant, not the European one, so thanks for the input! I'll fix it, I couldn't tell the difference by myself =)

Thanks for the Chinese, as well!

Oh ok, I gues it`s my mistake then. I`ve found the 0x10 locale codes which were used for European Portuguese translation in TS3 packages also in TS4 packages so I thought there was an european translation for sims 4 as well, but as you said I guess there`s no support for por-pt on TS4, only por-br (the two languages are very similar as you said). Anyway, I`m sure the por-br is now correct, thanks again

Acredito que o plasticbox vai atualizar o mod em breve com as novas traduções, mas se vc quiser pode abrir o mod no s4pe e importar as strings STBL que estão no meu arquivo manualmente

I believe plasticbox will update the mod with the new translations soon, but if you want you can open the mod in s4pe and import the STBL strings manually

Sometimes I forget there are no just brazilians here.
Basically the Google's translation was correct and I was a litte bit confused but now it's ok because you and matheus cleared out everything!

Posso entender, mas nesse caso eu prefiro esperar então.
Ainda não consegui usar o s4pe, pois a mim aparece um erro dizendo que ele não foi aberto corretamente.
Quero ajudar muito nas traduções mas ainda não consigo acompanhar esses tutoriais! xD

I see. But in this case I prefer to wait then.
I still don't get how to use s4pe because for me appears an error saying the program was not opened correctly.
I'd love to help in the translations but in the same time I cannot follow these tutoriais in the right way! xD

Can you post in the tutorial thread with that? Most common reason would be that people don't use 7zip to extract it.

Aren't the latter two specifically about beer? Or does birra have any secondary meanings like .. i dunno .. liquid in general? I shortened them to " .. installare l'aggiornamento." / " .. che la macchina rimanga pulita .. ", hopefully that sounds OK.

Your zip was also missing the juice translations -- the juicer has two stbls, one for the actual machine and one for the various kinds of juice. Do you want to add that still, or did you forget to put it in the zip?

Updated with the existing Italian translations, and Czech. Thank you!

Is there a way you can make it so you don't have to have the ingrediants to make the juices? That would be wonderful cause then I could make a little fruit juice bar at the pool or something.^-^
