I will never ever use it in a million years but it looks great and it's a very good idea, just not my thing. Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much!!! I have been using a mod that replaced the roads with solid dirt for over a year but it didn't change the sidewalks so it was better for my medieval 'hood than all asphalt but still not perfect. Your version covers up both the road and the sidewalk!! Now if only someone could figure out how to replace the cars in the neighborhood view with horse-drawn carrages...

I agree I would like to use this only for my medieval neighborhood and not my normal one....maybe if it was this from cment (one thats prolly never really used)...I could temp make my medieval hood cement, then use a mod package like this.

Hope you can work it out!

Any chance of making a seperate neighbourhood option so this doesn't change all grass neighbourhoods? I havn't dowloaded it, because I want some suburban places, but this looks totally amazing! I don't know nothing about mods so I dunno if it's work or not. Would be cool if you could have both options though- asphalt and country. It's really a great job alone though. Well done

I already did another mod, that replaces the dirt-terrain from NL, but looks like a simple grass-neighbourhood with country-roads. You can download it here.

No, this mod works with Pets, too. (It does on my PC, so it should on yours, too). Are you sure you have the file "country-road-mod-for-grass-terrain.package" in your downloads folder?

I love this mod so much. It makes such a huge difference in my Victorian neighborhood. And I really appreciate you making the floor textures to go with it. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Thank you for this. My castaway island would look odd with paved roads.

Love this mod, but I experienced the driveway glitch and since removing the mod the glitch still hasn't gone away. Just wanted to clarify something with you before I try something else to fix it.

I removed the asphault-street-texture and replaced it with just plain old dirt terrain from my lots to match the global mod and now the driveway is forever oriented 90 degrees in the wrong way. Are these lots ruined driveway-wise and will I only be able to place driveways on new lots that don't have the streets removed, or is there a fix?

Thanks! *so confused, lmao*

Sorry, that I didn’t respond earlier. To fix the driveway problem, I will have to replace the house in the neighbourhood (you can place it on the same position). By replacing the house, the game generates the normal asphalt-roads in front of the house. And this fixes the driveway problem. To avoid this problem, you mustn’t replace the two sidewalk tiles in the corners of the property. This tiles seem to have a “special” power .

Dirt Roads are marvelous!
Can I ask a favor? Can this road be made useable in a desert neighborhood? I have an ancient egyptian neighborhood and the asphalt looks yucky! Any chance of this road or maybe another one would work in a desert landscape??
Thanks a bunch!

Thank you so much! I was looking everywhere for these! Just one question. Can the cars, wagons, ect. drive on it? I have tried to make something like this for my own use, but I can't find out how to replace the road with something else AND drive on it. Is there any way I could do that?
