This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
I recolored the dress to look like the adult vampress dress. Of course, its for children, so it's not cut as low in either the front of back, but otherwise is identical. Funny, I started this for myself for the twins in the screenshots, thinking it would be a simple cut-paste-edit alpha. Took me forever to get it right...and even then it isn't as perfect as I'd like it. With all the effort I put into it though, I thought maybe some people here might be interested.

Anyway, here it is. Yay

...oh, and you're stuck with rar because the zippy thing with windows keeps yelling at me, so i'm ignoring it until it starts behaving again.

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

This is really pretty - it will go well for my darker sims, as well as a few others who simply look good in black! Thanks for sharing - looks great!

I'm so glad you guys like it!
Look for the blue and black dress in the next couple of days as well! (it didn't take half as long as this one, just need to get the in game shots)
