Title: Newbie Road 38 [NL]
Category: Lots & Housing > Residential > Starter Homes

Cost: 19.984
Lot size: 2x2

Nightlife expansion required.
Custom content: 2 x Wallpaper, by myself

Small starter house for 1-2 Sims, furnished, with piano (!) and driveway. Some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has piano and a stove. Driveway included, no car.

Expandability: Adding a top floor should be easy (stairs can go up in the livingroom).

If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Thanx a lot, plasticbox, I just like your staterhouses so much: they're not too expensive but most comfortable.

Thanks for your nice comments =)

I'm not going to post as much as I used to (in Nov/Dec last year) anymore, but I'll be around and upload a new house every now and then. I have seen your suggestions/comments in the last thread as well, so I'll probably make a few larger houses too. OK back to work ... just wanted to let you know I'm still reading this and I do appreciate your feedback.
