Title: Newbie Road 20e [NL] - Under 30.000
Category: Lots & Housing > Residential

Cost: 29.996
Lot size: 2x2

Nightlife expansion required.
No custom content.

Family house (expanded version of Newbie Road 20), furnished for 2-3 Sims, with porch in back and driveway. Some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
2 x living room
3 x spare room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has stove, a TV, an easel, and a dart board. Driveway included, no car.

Expandability: Spare room inside the house; a basement would be an option as well.

If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.

Have fun!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

It appears to be missing a toilet?

No, the toilet is wedged in behind the stairs ... hardly visible on the screenshots, you can *just so* make it out on the top-down view. There's only one toilet though, but in my experience that's sufficient for a lot of sims as long as it's not in the same room as the tub/shower.
