This is done from the bald head in the mens hair section. It will be under the custom content in your hair section, the one with the asterisk (*) type symbol.

I just got finished doing a full color biomechanical tribal for the woman. The womens head is harder to do because if the tattoo gets on to the sides of the head it gets distorted from the mesh or shape of the head. So I have done one that runs down the center and will be posting it next.
