Ok, chaps. this was uploaded before the Modthesims reshuffle and clearout, so things arn't what they used to be.
I'm sorry if you have been having trouble, all of the custom stuff in here was freely available at the time of upload.

Firstly, yes Jen, it does require uni - when it was first uploaded it stated that, but the requirements entry logo things were added later and I assume that messed it up.

The links you need:
The balcony is no longer on Modthesims. I'm sorry, I don't know who created it or what happened to it. Unfortunately all the windows and doors in this dorm use it, so you would have to replace them all for it to work. The set Safyre links to is an earlier one - the one I used has a usable balcony.
The frosted myne doors seem to have dissapeared too.

I know there has been a clear out on MTS2, so perhaps these were casualties. Sorry about this, but i'm afraid it's nothing to do with me

Joey, I've done a load of building since this, thing is I tend to use a lot of random custom content, but when I get a chance, perhaps I will see about "cloning" one of my recent builds and redecorating it with maxis stuff.

Since this lot is more or less obselete now (due to CC not being available) I'm going to point you all in the direction of my new university set (work in progress) which has several dorms you might like:
