Imagine looking at the stars in your roof top jacuzzi, dining overlooking the beautiful ocean of Bluewater Valley or reading your favorite book in your own private garden...all this and more can be yours by downloading "La Perle Lofts"; the next addition to my "Classical Collection". Each loft building comes with a 2 story living quaters above a commercial (or your very own) recreational/entertainment centre. Each loft comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, perfect for a small family. Extra features; the twin lofts come with personal pool/jacuzzi, private gym, library, and much more. Enjoy.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Judging by the "pointed roof" of the corner towers... I'd say you need OFB

** just my 2 cents, ignore it if you wish, rant if you must, but please use the common sense one assumes you were born with **

Yes, you definitely need OFB--the windows are also from OFB.

I loved the first lot in the Classical Collection, and this next one doesn't disappoint. Great job! I can't wait to play.

can you feel it//it's good for you
