Flower shop, espresso bar, groceries, all in one. This is one of the first of the Brixham buildings that began to paint over the brickwork. Brixham Bros. Construction was appalled - lawsuits are still pending.

Lot: 3x1
If lot is unowned, Sims can buy espresso and groceries but nothing at the flower shop. A Sim must own the business (the whole building) to activate that portion.

Get the walls and floors here if you haven't downloaded them from a previous Brixham lot:

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I love the look of your village shops! I can't believe I am only the 2nd reply so far, these are so wonderful...going to download them all. I like the idea of having the same theme in my neighborhood especially for the community stores. Great great job :thumb: You deserve many many many thanks

Thank you both so much
I'm taking a very small break from building so I can *gasp* play the game. LOL I'll be making more beginning next week.

No, I added your suggestion to my list because it was a good suggestion :D

edit: thought you meant the museum. But oh well, doesn't matter. I'll be doing a lot more community lots and residential too.
