This is a featured upload! It showcases the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
PLEASE READ: Installation help: After downloading and extracting the download in the desktop,Open the file with the S2PCI(sims2pack clean installer).First, maybe you want to install the cc contents firstbefore the lot. Open the file again after installing the cc contents and install the lot only and press install and follow the pics below:

After doing that, go to the lot catalog folder and rename this: (the question marks represent the number of the lot. if the number of the last lot in your catalog is 20, then raname your installed lot to 21).

All done. Note that there shouldn't be the same numbers of the current installed lot in your lot catalog if you dint want your lot to conflict w/ other. Thanks.[/B]

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

What's up with the roof? The angle is a lot lower in game than in the pictures.

those were normal, maxis leave that problem as is. When I made that roof its fine by that stage, but after saving and quitting the game, they return to default angle, this is due to the effect of the roof's different angles. It is not yet been found how to fix it, since I'm finding it myself, how to make it permanent.the other roof is in a different angle, while the other is in the 45 degree angle, I wish I know to make that angle of the house permanent. But you can make it every time you play it for your desired look.

This is what you shld do, first lay your roofs, then activate the cheat roof angle in desired angle then delete the part of the roof you want to stay in the lower angle, the make your roof in its default angle w/c is 45 degrees, then simply press ctrl z, then you should be viewing your roof with different angles.

Sorry If i didn't include that problem in the upload page, I forgot. Sorry again.
