might want to mention that the family fun stuff pack is required for this download.. because that's where the items/wallpapers comes from.

is a nice design though.

Please do not upload my creations to any pay sites or the exchange. Do not include my meshes with recolors. Uploading in lots is fine on MTS2 only.

I had to remove FFS, FSS made my walls stay flashing red

Lovin' this! Sometimes I just run out of ideas for Community Lots in my 'hoods, so this was much needed.

And it'll be a nice place for a Sim of mine to own, since I have OFB. Looking forward to it!

And I'm very appreciative that you didn't use any CC - I think some Lot-creators overlook the fact tha Maxis did give us quite a lot of nice stuff to begin with. THANKS!!
