I bought the lot before I visited it, and only after I hired people I went there - and at the night club place there's a smoke machine I guess and it makes fire, it made all the employees + me die! How do I fix this problem before everyone gets to the fire?

Edit: Found the solution, I go to the place before I buy it, and then I turn off the fire fountains - Afterwards I had a smooth service and reached rank 2 in no-time :D

NOTE: This is not a hotel. In my Sims game, it doesn't work because it has the wrong doors for a hotel and it doesn't have a check in desk and when I put one in, the game didn't let me access. Also, this building has too many resources and it slows everything down in the game. You can't even sleep in the beds. And it leaves water on the ground when you bulldoze it. I DON'T recommend this to anybody to download this because it is just problem after problem.
