This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Today I have got a laundry set for your sims garden.

No EP required. A collection file is included.

I sure gave it 5 stars.. this is awesome.. Great for those so no wealthy Sims homes.. for starters families and even for turn of the century themes..
Geesh.. this is going to be great for my western hood. They sure didn't have washing machine back in the day.
