Based on a real plan : at planimage.com
The Hartford Palace is a Georgian two-level home on a 5x4 lot, costing 139.454$.

This beauty offers the best in style and livability. The columned entryway is topped by a deck. It opens to the formal space of the plan, with a living area to the right and dining area to the left, flanking the foyer with graceful columns near the T-shaped staircase. Conveniently nearby, a half-bath and the L-shaped kitchen features a work island and a sunny breakfast area with access to the rear deck through double doors, making this space the comfortable hub of home life. At the other side, near the formal living area, are the study room, a half-bath, and the family room for more casual entertaining, which provides ample space for large gatherings and features a warming fireplace and access to the rear deck through double doors. Also the first floor features an attached two-car garage.

Upstairs, the central hall leads the elegant master suite occupying the left side of the plan and includes a generous walk-in closet, a large private deck on the garage, a library, and a private bathroom with twin lavatories, a separate toilet, tub & shower enhancing this relaxing retreat. The other side of the hall leads to the front deck, the two small rear decks, and to three bedrooms, with their own closets, and a full bath.

Don't miss a chance to visit it !
