A Yellow Luxury Villa

This was actually the first house I ever built on the Sims 2. I started on a 3x3 lot with an existing small house and did one addition after another until it got that big. Almost too big for this small lot, so that’s why there is no garden!

You could call it a "testobject" for my first upload here The Millionaire's Palace
For everybody, who couldn’t download the Millionaire’s Palace because their computer couldn’t handle it, I hope this could be a chance for a smaller but also nice Villa.

This house has 4 floors full of luxury completely furnished
4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths
7 fireplaces
And lots of terraces

1st floor:
big hallway with gallery over all 4 floors
double stairs and over sized chandeliers

Wood floor living room with wood wall paneling and entertainment center

the green library: wood floor and green leather paneling

Formal dining room

The blue pool room: Adjacent indoor pool with sitting area and fireplace. accessible from the living room and dining area.

Terrace with BBQ and hot tub

Kitchen with bar area

2nd floor:
the red master suite with dormer, fireplace and 2 balconies

full marble bath

Nursery with fireplace

children’s bedroom with dormer.

Family room with fireplace.

3rd floor:
guest suite in open loft style. Modern design, wooden wall paneling, fireplace, entertainment center and marble bath, two terraces with hot tub.

4th floor:
The lookout: Marble gallery, small sitting area w/ fireplace and two balconies

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

hm i dont know how i could do this, but you dont really need the stuffpacks installed, in order to play the house. The objects will just be replaced. I dont know, if i used anything from OFB though.

This villa is fantastic, but I'd hate to think what it would do to my graphics card...guess it'll have to wait till I can get a better PC w/ a great card...right now I'm stuck w/ a notebook and built-in Intel Graphics chipset...oh well.

I think it's an awesome design you have here, and the decorating is wonderful, but my sims keep chaning into their outdoor-wear when they enter the main hall/kitchen/pool area.

A world without computers is like a world without problems. That's why I'm here!

oh i think thats because there are no walls around the pool area, so offically its an outdoor area. i only put windows, as it wouldnt work otherwise to put those windows on both corners if they would be in the walls.
You can try and play around with it a little bit, maybe you will have to eliminate a few windows.
