The Rodriguez is my first split level! It's not as complex as one of Jonesi's split levels but does have three levels on the first floor-Sunken, Normal, & Raised. Just like I excelled in building homes (see first uploads), I'm sure I will excel in split levels. The home itself is very large and very open. With it's raised living and study and sunken dining and family it's quite a neat home to play. Just about every room has a view to the outdoors, the master bedroom has it's own wall of windows looking out into the pond. And the family room of course has the tall two story windows to the backyard. The second floor is very impressive with it's openess. From the gameroom you can see down into the foyer and living and the little loft only a few feet away looks down into the family room. Each bedroom is themed to who might live sleep in it, a girls, boys, and teens bedroom. Of course if they aren't your taste you can easily change the feel of the rooms. Outside is a fully loaded backyard with deck.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Well thanks guys for commenting on the lot guys. I've never really never thought of being a landscaper but I suppose it could be a possible future job.

I have to say though I'm a little dissapointed with the response. Around six hours of work and only 179 downloads and about 12 thanks. I suppose they can't all be hits.

Please do not upload any of my lots to the exchange, or any other site.
